Welcome to Denovo ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform at denovo.dev, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our services.
Denovo is an AI-powered platform that helps entrepreneurs validate, refine, and develop their startup ideas through automated analysis and community engagement.
2.1 Account Creation: You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
2.2 Account Types: We offer Free and Pro subscription tiers. Pro subscribers have access to additional features including private ideas, advanced analytics, and eligibility for investment grants.
2.3 Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
3.1 Nature of Grants: The Monthly Startup Challenge awards investment grants, not prizes or giveaways. Winners receive non-dilutive funding to develop their startup ideas.

3.3 Eligibility: Only Pro subscribers with active subscriptions at the time of prize distribution are eligible to receive investment grants. All public ideas appear on the leaderboard, but Free users are not eligible for prizes.
3.4 Ranking: Rankings are determined by Dream Score at the end of each 30-day cycle. Ideas must be original, have a valid Dream Score, and be set to public visibility.
3.5 Payout: Winners will be contacted via their registered email within 7 days of cycle end. Funds are disbursed via bank transfer or PayPal within 14 business days.
3.6 Disqualification: We reserve the right to disqualify entries that violate these Terms, contain plagiarized content, or are deemed fraudulent.
4.1 Billing: Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4.2 Credits: Credits can be purchased separately and are used for AI-powered features. Unused credits do not expire but are non-transferable and non-refundable.
4.3 Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access to Pro features continues until the end of your current billing period.
5.1 Your Content: You retain all rights to the ideas and content you submit. By making your idea public, you grant other users the right to view your idea summary and Dream Score.
5.2 License to Us: You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, display, and analyze your content for the purpose of providing our services.
5.3 Our Content: All Denovo branding, AI models, and platform features are our intellectual property and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.
7.1 AI Analysis: Dream Scores and AI-generated analyses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional business, legal, or financial advice.
7.2 No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, success, or return on investment for ideas analyzed on our platform.
7.3 Service Availability: We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to our services.
7.4 Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, Denovo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
