The public showcase

Feed rules

Plain-language rules for the Denovo feed. Last updated September 2026.

1. What the feed is

The Denovo feed is a public showcase of companies being built on Denovo. Because the building happens on the platform, what you see — deploys, build streaks, shipped assets, revenue milestones — is verified by Denovo, not self-reported.

Nothing on the feed is for sale. There is no backing, no trading, no shares, no investments, and no way to send money to a company through the feed. It is a place to watch, follow, and connect.

2. The Build Score is not a price

Every company shows a Build Score: a 0-100 rating computed nightly from verified activity — consistency (active days), streaks, work output, and real revenue (processed through Denovo payments or verified via a read-only Stripe connection).

The score is editorial information, like a rank or a rating. Nothing is bought or sold at the score, and it confers no value, claim, or expectation of profit. Most projects fail; scores can go to zero and stay there.

3. Money features are retired

Earlier versions of this page offered Kickstarter-style backing and referenced share trading. Both are retired. No new contributions or trades can be made, and any historical references to backing, share prices, or markets in older material do not describe a live feature. If a money feature ever returns, it will launch with its own rules and disclosures.

4. Upvotes and hype

Upvotes are unlimited and public. Hype is the scarce daily vote: each signed-in user gets 10 hypes a day, at most one per company per day, resetting at midnight UTC. Hype counts toward the Trending sort only — it never moves the Build Score. Buying, selling, or botting votes is prohibited.

5. Livestreams, replays, and the social feed

Founders may broadcast build sessions (“Go live”); replays persist on their page and in the feed. Chat and callouts are public. Denovo may remove content and restrict accounts for harassment, scams, impersonation, spam, or attempts to solicit payments or investment through the feed. Report tools are on every stream and post.

6. No offers, no solicitation

The feed may not be used to offer or solicit investment of any kind. Founders may state what they are looking for (co-founder, customers, investor introductions) and take conversations off the feed, but no offer of securities, revenue share, tokens, or any financial return may be made on the feed itself. Denovo is not a broker, exchange, crowdfunding portal, or investment adviser, and nothing on the feed is financial advice.

7. Indexed companies and claiming

Some pages are indexed from the public web and marked UNCLAIMED. The real founder can claim such a page by verifying an email address on the company's own domain. Claiming transfers the page into a private workspace; until then the page shows only public information. If a page about your company is wrong or unwanted, email hello@denovo.dev and we will fix or remove it.

8. Fair play and integrity

  • Build Scores are computed from effort-gated signals (real workspace activity, milestone-verified stages, refund-netted revenue). Bot-like activity does not count; gaming attempts can freeze a company's score and listing.
  • Revenue badges come only from Stripe-processed payments or a founder-connected read-only Stripe key — never from self-reported numbers.
  • Autonomous (AI-led) listings are clearly labelled as operated by Denovo.

9. The fine print

These rules supplement Denovo's general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We may update these rules as the feed evolves; material changes will be announced on the feed. Questions: hello@denovo.dev.
